Order Your Customized Cake

We at Cake My Heart, specialize in customized cakes which are tailor made to suit any occasion.

Our cakes are made with premium ingredients handpicked to give you the best tasting cake. Since they are made with zero preservatives, they will have a limited shelf life.

Here are a few guidelines to making sure the process is smooth for both you and me.

  • 1. All our cakes are freshly baked, so place your orders well in advance. Preferably 3-4 days in advance.
  • 2. Share pictures/references if you have a particular theme in mind, this helps us designing the perfect cake for you.
  • 3. Minimum order for customized cakes is 1kg which serves 10-12 people.
  • 4. Tiered cakes need to be at least 3kgs big.
  • 5. Customized cakes are made with a lot of love and effort, so I would request the same amount of effort to be taken to pick up the cake. Deliveries through a third party will only result in mishaps which either of us wouldn’t want.
  • 6. Custom cakes are priced higher based on the skill level and the time involved.
  • 7. Once the details and finalized and the cost has been shared, an advanced needs to be made to confirm the order.
  • 8. An order form will be sent to finalize the order which reiterates the requirements, date etc. Upon approval the order will be confirmed from our end. Please make sure the customization details are mentioned correctly in the order form as that will be considered final. Going back and forth with the designs will only confuse both of us so the changes will have to be reiterated by filling the form every time.
  • 9. Orders cannot be cancelled after confirming and if cancelled there will NO refund.
  • 10. If you need a delivery, full payment has to be made before the delivery along with the full address, landmark and the number of at least two contact persons.
